3. We come to you ; Our technician arrives at a location that is convenient for you with all the necessary equipment and supplies to complete your service.
4. Sit back and relax while we take care of your oil change, and any additional services you have requested.
5. When we finish, our technician will review all services performed, and go over our comprehensive checklist and recommendations.
6. You will sign off to indicate that all services were performed to your satisfaction, and any additional requested services will be scheduled.

Q. How long will the service take ?
A. Depending on the service that you've selected, the time will vary from 45 minutes to up to 2 hours.
Q. What areas do you service ?
A. Currently, we service Middlesex County, and some of Hartford County.
Q. Do I need to be present during my appointment ?
A. While it's not necessary, we do recommend being available to answer any questions
the technician may have. When possible, it's best that we have access to your keys as
newer vehicles do require that the hood be opened from inside the vehicle. Also, it's
best to change oil when the engine is at full operating temperature.
Q. Will there be any additional charges ?
A. There will only be additional charges if there is a special oil requested such as Mobil 1, or if there are specialty parts that cost more than average. Any upcharges will be
discussed before booking the service so that there are no surprises.
Brake Service
We offer service on both disc and drum brakes, including brake pad and shoe replacement, as well as disc and drum replacement when needed. We only use premium parts when we service your brakes, so you won't have issues down the road. We will never charge more for parts than we pay, and we will never try to upsell you for parts or services that you don't need. We also provide a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty on labor.
Diagnostics
We offer expert diagnostics to identify and solve any issues with your vehicle. From check engine lights to strange noises, we have the tools and knowledge to get you back on the road. As an additional benefit, if you decide to have us complete the repair the cost of diagnosis is waived. As with any of our services, we won't upsell you or upcharge for parts. We also provide a limited 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on labor.
Other Services
We can also provide many other services. Don't see it here ? Just contact us and ask. If we can do it, we'll let you know. If we can't, we won't pretend we can so that we mess something up, or put you and your family at risk. We try to stick with services that we know we can complete for you at your location. As with anything else we do, we provide a 12 month/12,000 mile limited warranty on labor.
